Administrative Support II - (T2)

Key Responsibilities
  • Types letters, memos, reports and presentation material using appropriate software. Composes correspondence as required.
  • Screens phone calls, records messages, and forwards calls to appropriate person/department.
  • Sets up meetings, video conferences, and conference calls on/off-site as needed
  • Maintains individual calendars (electronic) as needed for appointments and meetings.
  • Receives, organizes, and distributes daily mail and ensures timely mailing of department correspondence.
  • Makes travel arrangements, via the Corporate Travel department.
  • Performs other clerical or administrative duties as needed; may assist manager in miscellaneous activities in support of projects and/or Human Resources processes.

Role Requirement
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in administrative support is preferred. NCG (New Colleague Graduate) is also welcome.
  • English Requirement: TOEIC750 above. Fluent English speaking and writing capability.
  • Microsoft Office skills: MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Logical (straight forward) thinking and well-managed of time to deal with multiple tasks in the same time.

Temperament
  • Well-organized attribute in filing, arrangement , scheduling for office work.
  • High willingness and passion in interacting with different people.
  • High patience in dealing with staff and internal student’s question and need.
  • Active reporting and listening.
  • Positive mindset in dealing with the daily responsibilities.
  • Good growth mindset in picking up new assignment.
