First, our job is to give meaning to our clients' IT and our teams' day-to-day work. We have 3 sites (Ecublens, Meyrin and Givisiez) and we are always recruiting people who want to take on responsibility and work in a young, dynamic environment.
For one of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a System & Network Administrator (M/W)
Missions:
Reporting to the IT team, you will ensure the IT needs of employees and you will participate in the implementation of a Dev Ops approach.
- Participate to the definition of all Information Technology (IT) assets, such as infrastructure, platforms, software, hardware,
- Implement, maintain, monitor and optimize all IT assets, from network cabling to cloud architecture,
- Participate to the definition of, and implement, IT and Information Security (IS) policies and practices,
- Plan and manage installations, upgrades, configurations, deprecation and removal of IT assets,
- Manage identity and access,
- Implement data backup and system security operations,
- IT support levels 1 and 2, as well as support level 3 on specific subjects,
- Provide support and guidance to both non-technical and technical users,
- Resolve issues escalated by users,

Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc, BA, or equivalent) or CFC (or equivalent) in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of expérience with IT topics such as system installation, configuration and analysis, networking.
- Knowledge of cloud computing / data protection operations and legislation / IT standards, Information Security standards, and best practices / Network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, ping, traceroute).
- Experience with configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs / Administration of Windows (desktop and Server).and GNU/Linux.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V) / Scripting languages for automation.
- Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects. / Good communication skills. / Awareness of technological trends, tech curiosity, and aptitude for self-training / Problem-solving aptitude.
- Good level in French and English (B2 level).
Desired additional skills

Advanced administration skills (professional certification or similar level) on :
Microsoft Azure (Iaa S, Paa S), Entra ID, Defender (XDR, Endpoints, Cloud Apps), Intune.Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, Share Point, etc).Google Cloud (Iaas, Paa S).Fortinet solutions.Synology Active Backup for Business.Proxmox VE, Proxmox Backup Server.Storage systems such as SAN and NAS (e.g., Synology). -
Good knowledge of Dev Ops approach, technics and tools such as CI/CD (e.g. Git Hub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
