This role will report into the cluster GM and operate as a key member of the cluster leadership team, owning and representing the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain for the cluster. This role is the single point of contact for the cluster leadership team for all supply chain related topics.
The job holder will also have a dotted reporting line into the regional supply chain, Enterprise Planning and Logistics Director. The job holder will partner, not only with the regional team but also the x-segment supply chain team and other Cluster supply chain directors to unlock shared cluster / regional challenges.
In essence, this role will drive and use their connections into other teams to influence the local cluster leadership team to ensure service and availability to customers is at the heart of decision making across the enterprise.

A well networked people manager with a track record of building strong collaborative relationships (internally and externally), experience of running virtual teams, proven line management and experience of working in a matrix structure
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to influence and motivate at all levels within the business in order to achieve objectives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Systems knowledge: no specific systems knowledge required other than experience of using office productivity software (such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point etc.) However the role holder should possess a high degree of curiosity particularly where digital and automation opportunities exist and arise.
Deep knowledge in planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, new products introduction, S&OE and S&OP+ process
Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, obtain mutual agreement as to the resolution and implement change.
Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
What will be your key responsibilities? The job holder will lead, develop and engage a talented cluster product availability, customer collaboration (and in specific clusters Supply Chain Excellence) associates, optimizing customer service whilst balancing cost and inventory. As such the role has responsibility for balancing supply and demand choices and should ensure identification and resolution of plan variances to protect inventory, cost and service excellence.
This role will work across the short term (S&OE) and mid-long term (S&OP+) time horizons eliminating structural blockers to service excellence. As a key step within the S&OP+ process, this role is accountable for the MW inputs into and outputs from the Market Step 3 meetings in close collaboration with the cross-segment team ensuring appropriate supply chain risks and opps are delivered into the Cluster IR where they will also play a role to ensure the Supply Chain voice is full represented.
This role will orchestrate service excellence today and tomorrow, influencing and connecting E2E across all parts of our organization that own elements of service, most notably:
Connect into the regional Enterprise Planning and logistics team. Formalised via a dotted line connection to the MW Regional Enterprise planning and logistics Director
Support, coach and locally lead the Cluster Market Collaboration Leads (who would report into this role via a dotted line)
Partner with the cross segment supply chain organisation ensuring excellence across our logistics, order to cash and customer collaboration teams
This role will champion the supply chain relationship with our key customers ensuring that supply chain complements and enables an effective commercial relationship for Sales.
In summary, this role will build and nurture an End-to-end customer-centric market supply chain, with internal and external stakeholders, that would deliver excellence in customer service and unlock advanced supply chain collaboration with our strategic partners.
In addition, this role will work with their team and the appropriate Market Collaboration Cluster Lead to ensure priority workload continuity during vacation / sickness periods within the cluster.
