Strategy Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the overall strategy program and initiative implementation.
Maintain reporting documentation, including initiative OKRs and risk logs.
Proactively identify and highlight potential risks, supporting initiatives to resolve issues.
Assist initiative leaders with strategy process and tools implementation.
Collaborate with finance to ensure structural updates align with the strategic plan.
Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

General Requirements:

Professional Requirements:

Proven experience in project and program management.
Expertise in strategic planning and implementation.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
Effective stakeholder management.
Competence in risk and change management.

Educational Requirements:

Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering).
Professional certifications in project management or relevant areas may be advantageous.
At least 5 years of experience in the marine industry or a similar business.
At least 5 years of experience in leadership or program management roles.
