This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, supporting IT decision-making, and aligning business needs with our long-term IT strategy.

Primary responsibilities include:

Be responsible for the architecture of one or more solutions
Translate customer needs into actionable requirements
Ensure operational requirements like performance and usability are met
Present and document solution designs
Guide development teams to implement your designs
Collaborate with process designers and team members
Align your designs with the overall IT strategy

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

Over the past 3+ years, you have gained hands-on experience in roles such as Senior Developer, Lead Developer, Business Analyst, or a similar position.

Your Key Abilities:

Take on problems using logic and creativity, anticipating future issues
Analyze data to identify patterns and draw significant conclusions
Apply agile practices to evolving architectures
Implement guided, incremental changes across multiple dimensions
Ensure data quality (correctness, availability, accuracy)
Identify and balance technical debt with new feature development.
Select cloud platform components based on non-functional requirements
Create clear visual representations for target audiences
Continuous focus on business outcomes is normal for you
Demonstrating a good attention to detail
Capability to collaborate and communicate within a global environment
A proactive and driven demeanor, with a dedication to achieving outstanding results
