Your tasks / field of activity:
- Responsibility and management of challenging new construction and conversion projects
- Communication with clients, specialist planners and contractors in collaboration with project management
- Leading construction meetings, coordinating construction work on site
- Coordinating work processes, deadline monitoring and quality control
- Creation of submissions, dimension control, cost control

Promotion of optimum occupational safety
- Completed training in the field of construction as a construction manager HFP, architect ETH, FH, technician HF construction planning or comparable
- at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction management of building construction projects
- Knowledge of the standards and regulations of the Swiss construction industry (SIA, CRB, KBOB, SUVA and the like)
- Knowledge of the regulations relating to the Building Act (Bau G) and Building Ordinance (Bau V) of the Canton of Valais
- Knowledge of the regulations regarding Ordinance 3 & 4 of the Labor Act (Arg V 3 & 4)

Very good written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage
- Interdisciplinary teamwork with young or young-at-heart colleagues who treat each other with respect and are thus successful together
