Your tasks / field of activity:

Responsibility for and management of challenging new build and conversion projects in the role of project lead architect
Organization and coordination within the project organization (client, authorities and third-party organizations)
Organization and coordination of the planner organization (specialist planners, sub-planners and internal planning team)
Specialist architectural planning in project, execution and detailed planning
Coordinating work processes, deadline monitoring and quality control
Creation of submissions, dimension control, cost control
Senior site manager in the field of architecture

Your profile:

Completed training as an architect ETH, FH (Master / Bachelor)
At least 5 years of professional experience as a qualified architect
High level of expertise in the design and construction of buildings
Operation of CAD programs (Autodesk Revit is an advantage) and knowledge of BIM coordination
Regional knowledge of the construction industry in Upper Valais
Knowledge of the standards and regulations of the Swiss construction industry (SIA, CRB, KBOB, SUVA and the like)
Knowledge of the regulations relating to the Building Act (Bau G) and Building Ordinance (Bau V) of the Canton of Valais
Knowledge of the regulations regarding Ordinance 3 & 4 of the Labor Act (Arg V 3 & 4)
Very good written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage
