The Bachem Group is investing in a new site in Sisslerfeld in Northwestern Switzerland. This step is part of the long-term strategy to expand production capacity by the end of the decade. The new production site will play a central role in achieving these goals.

The initiation phase of the project offers you unique opportunities to shape the future organization. To strengthen our team in the Global Engineering department, we are looking for a committed Project Scheduler Engineering (f/m/d), 100%.

Your tasks:

• Create and manage overall project schedule
• Create schedules from mechanical completion to start commercial product in the CMO business
• Review the overall and planning schedules of the general planner, as well as the tender and execution schedules of Construction Management. Ensure that these are realistic and compatible with the overall project schedules.
• Ensure that the schedules are consistent with the design phases, execution and plans for the contract, procurement and documentation strategy
• Track schedule progress and create reports for the project team using dashboards
• Actively manage the interface to cost controlling and risk management

Your profile:

• University degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction
• Extensive work experience in project scheduling
• Ideally, you have experience in the commissioning and implementation of complex large-scale construction projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You work confidently and routinely with planning tools such as MS Project, Power BI, SAP, Primavera.
• You are detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
• You thrive in a dynamic setting where you can establish your own priorities and deadlines.
• You possess high tolerance for ambiguity and the capability to manage uncertainty while maintaining effective decision-making.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, project language in English
