See Yourself at Telix In conjunction with strategic plans of the business the Project Manager will provide support to program leads in the planning, execution, and closeout of projects following the PMO best practices. This person will also ensure projects are led effectively through project planning documentation, risk evaluation and escalation, financial tracking, and business reporting. They will be assigned to medium priority programs and complex business relationships are a key part of this role. Key Accountability
Manage all aspects of the product development plan including but not limited to cross functional collaboration, activity planning, budgets, schedule adherence, resourcing, and milestone reporting.
Actively maintain internal Project Management Software, ensuring consistent accuracy in scheduling, risk assessment, and team data integrity at all times.
Work with Project Team to develop, maintain, and report all project schedule information and baselines using standardized dashboard reporting.
Quantify associated cost and schedule changes for submission to change management.
Develop and manage key cross functional reporting relationships to ensure project information traceability to other systems within Telix.
Contribute to integrated project teams across a matrixed organization.
Facilitate regular project update meetings with the Project Teams.
Act as key internal contact for projects under your supervision.
Work collaboratively with department leadership to ensure all reporting is met.
Manages complex programs with limited guidance.
Education and Experience:
Degree in science or life sciences field required.
2+ years' pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience including for products in preclinical and clinical development (Phase 1-3)
Moderate level of project management experience with multiple projects.
Experience managing and coordinating multiple tasks and functional areas.
Expertise in at least one pharmaceutical drug development functions (clinical ops, manufacturing development, regulatory, or non-clinical development).
Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
Experience maintaining project management software solutions and project management tools
