Project and Administration Support (100%)

Description
The position of Project and Administration Support is within our Business Unit Sales located at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Schweiz Gmb H.
This role provides project and administrative support to functions in Sales including the Regional Director DACH and Benelux.
Responsibilities
- Project management assigned by Management
- Supporting the Sales Representatives through detailed reports, statistics and analysis
- Maintains Management appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel, as required
- Support with travel expense accounting with the system CONCUR
- Planning and monitoring of the onboarding of new employees
- Purchase order management
- Contract management with distributors and sales organizations
- Contact person for data privacy
Profile
- Basic commercial training degree
- Work experience in project or system management
- Understanding of the diagnostic industry
- Ideally experience delivering change initiatives and facilitating change in a customer focused organisation
- Ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by current practices
- Experience of working with international stakeholders
- Planning, problem solving, negotiations and facilitation are core competencies
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times as role has access to confidential information
- Organised, detail oriented, have a high level of confidentiality, and ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Fluent in English and German, preferably French
