We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to be based at our headquarters in Baar. If you have an interest in well-structured work in a diverse and fast-paced environment, this is the ideal role for you.

The main tasks and responsibilities

• Organization of meetings, conferences and events as well as arranging and coordinating schedules
• Facilitating travel arrangements including flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation and transfer bookings for the functional leads and for visitors as required
• Preparation of regular reports, such as expenses, minutes of meetings and communication materials
• General administrative duties such as invoice management and processing, preparing memos and other correspondence
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintenance of certain databases
• Taking care of general administrative work, including storing, filing and archiving
• Onboarding of new team members

Minimum requirements

• A solid educational background
• Demonstrated previous experience working in Administration in an international and multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (corporate language)
• Advanced competence in the use of using MS Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Point and Docu Sign)
• Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU
