Purpose of the role:
Specific responsibilities:
The role is tasked with supporting the business of MESA and wider Pantheon Group. The Paralegal/Legal Counsel will be responsible for:

• Provide Sound Legal support for management decision taking, assess legal risk on key business issues in various geographies with a particular focus on Italy & UK
• Coordinate with external partners, ensuring they provide all required information and clarifying any issues that may arise
• Drive consistency in Contractual implementation by regular review with line Management and Group functions
• Monitor, review and assess any risks in relation to Compliance and other key internal processes
• Take leadership for key Internal projects &processes

Professional Capabilities
Technical skills:

• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• Strong IT Skills
• Project experience as In house Counsel
• Has Ideally both Law firm and In house experience
• Business level Italian & English
• Understands Commercial processes

Soft skills:

• Able to work as part of a team
• Can manage Internal Customer relationships
• Able to work across cultures
• Can deal with rapid change in process
• Good communication skills
• Self motivated
