Specific responsibilities:
The role is tasked with supporting the business of MESA and wider Pantheon Group. The Paralegal/Legal Counsel will be responsible for:
- Provide Sound Legal support for management decision taking, assess legal risk on key business issues in various geographies with a particular focus on Italy & UK
- Coordinate with external partners, ensuring they provide all required information and clarifying any issues that may arise
- Drive consistency in Contractual implementation by regular review with line Management and Group functions
- Monitor, review and assess any risks in relation to Compliance and other key internal processes
- Take leadership for key Internal projects &processes
Technical skills:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
- Strong IT Skills
- Project experience as In house Counsel
- Has Ideally both Law firm and In house experience
- Business level Italian & English
- Understands Commercial processes
- Able to work as part of a team
- Can manage Internal Customer relationships
- Able to work across cultures
- Can deal with rapid change in process
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated
