• Advise and support our national and international clientele
  
• Responsible for the perfect customer reception and service
  
• Determining and anticipating customer wishes
  
• Determining requirements and preparing offers
  
• Ambassador for assigned jewelry and watch brands
  
• Cashier service including billing and preparation of sales and export documents
  
• Structured handling of administrative tasks (CRM)
  
• Collaboration in the Service-après-vente (SAV)
  
• Participation in customer events

Requirements

• Training as a retail specialist
  
• Several years of professional experience in the luxury environment
  
• Fluent communication skills in Italian, English or German (s/w)
  
• Profound specialist knowledge and enjoyment of first-class services
  
• A well-groomed, personable and competent appearance rounds off your personality
  
• Affinity and confident handling of IT systems
