For the reopening of our brand new Gübelin Boutique at the rue du Rhône in Geneva, we are looking for an enthusiastic Jewellery and Watch Consultant to complete our team:

• Provision of optimal advice and support regarding our assortment and services to our national and international clientele
  
• Responsibility for the perfect customer service along the entire customer journey
  
• Build-up and maintaining of a personal network of loyal regular customers
  
• Acting as an ambassador for assigned jewellery/watch brands
  
• Recording and active usage of CRM data and system for customer acquisition and retention
  
• Reception of jewellery/watches for after-sales-service (“service-après-vente, SAV”)
  
• Acting as a point of contact for customer requests ensuring exceptional customer service
  
• Creation of sales/export documents, administrative tasks
  
• Continuous support of boutique management, incl. representing Gübelin at events

Requirements

• Commercial apprenticeship or training as a sales advisor
  
• Several years of experience in retail in the luxury environment
  
• Industry-oriented (continuing) education/training and skills development in the jewellery/watchmaking sector
  
• Desirable: Experience in working with VICs
  
• Fluent communication skills (s/w) in French and English, Arabic desirable
  
• A well-groomed, personable and competent appearance
  
• Affinity for and confidence in handling IT/CRM systems
