Overview
We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our process development team. The team develops new processes and products in the field of aseptic production. We build and test prototypes in our laboratory prior to market launch. We work closely with internal departments to jointly develop the best product for our customers. The team has SME (Subject Matter Experts) and is responsible for carrying out the defined tests.
Responsibilities
Leading a team of process engineers taking into account the customer perspective
Organising and planning the development processes and the corresponding validation tests
Interface between the development team and other specialist departments
Responsibility for adherence to budget, upcoming deadlines, quality, fulfilment of product requirements and adherence to milestones
Scheduling and resource planning and project reporting for development orders
Hardskills
Several years of management experience is required, especially in the management of interdisciplinary teams
University or university of applied sciences degree in engineering
Experience in the pharmaceutical environment or medical technology is an advantage
Business fluent in German and English is required
