Head of Reliability and Asset Management (m/f/d)

For our site in Visp we are looking for a Head of Reliability and Asset Management (m/f/d). In this role you will ensure the reliability, efficiency and maintainability of equipment and systems within Biologics facilities. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, developing and implementing reliability strategies, conducting failure analysis and improving maintenance processes to enhance overall plant reliability, efficiency and reduce downtime.

For our site in Visp we are looking for a Head of Reliability and Asset Management (m/f/d). In this role you will ensure the reliability, efficiency and maintainability of equipment and systems within Biologics facilities. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, developing and implementing reliability strategies, conducting failure analysis and improving maintenance processes to enhance overall plant reliability, efficiency and reduce downtime.
Key responsibilities:

Design and execute reliability improvement plans

Develop, monitor and update maintenance strategies and programs
-
Ensure failure analysis and problem solving
-
Optimize maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment & system uptime and cost efficiency

Support asset and budget management
-
Responsible for training and development of engineering & maintenance teams on reliability best practices and new procedures

Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental regulations
-
University degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or similar field
-
Highly experienced in Engineering, Maintenance in Biopharma/GMP environment
-
Very good understanding of business and financial processes

Ability to communicate externally and internally at higher levels; strong business understanding

Structured, focused and well-organised working attitude
-
Fluent German is required as well as good verbal and written English skills
