Embark on a career journey with us as the Global Product Line Manager for our innovative Process Plants Business Unit and be the driving force behind the strategic sales and successful deployment of our advanced vacuum technology process solutions across the globe.
This role can be based at any of our regional headquarters: Singapore, Shanghai (China), Houston (USA), Winterthur (Switzerland), or Pune (India).
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Steer the development and the execution of out-of-the box sales strategies for our vacuum technology product portfolio.
- Make use of your expertise to build up knowledge and lead product launches in the exciting field of vacuum-related process technologies.
- Drive success by managing and enhancing our product line portfolio, ensuring our technology sets the industry standard.
- Lead a cross-functional team to new heights, integrating diverse expertise to drive forward our vacuum technology initiatives.
- Help us to drive significant advancements in the chemical sector with our cutting-edge process plant technologies and products.
- Work alongside top-tier professionals in a collaborative environment to deliver seamless operations and superior results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
- Over 10 years of experience in sales of process solutions and/or product management and/or go-to-market strategies and/or business development in the (petro)-chemical and/or special chemical and/or green and circular chemicals/fuels sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and product management skills
- Fluent English, any other language would be an asset.
