Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement direct and indirect cost allocation strategies.
- Analyze budget gaps and performance differences month-over-month.
- Calculate transfer pricing and provide financial forecasts and budgets.
- Determine standard costs for back-office operations.
- Generate insightful reports for GL managers.
- Control and monitor capital expenditure to ensure efficient resource usage.

What You'll Need
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree from a top-tier university being highly preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to private banking (preferred).
- Fluent in both English and French.
