Job Description

Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with Swiss GAAP/IFRS.
Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax filings.
Reconcile accounts, including balance sheets, bank accounts, and intercompany transactions.
Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
Ensure compliance with all local financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities when required.

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor's or federal diploma).
Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally in Switzerland.
Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and local tax regulations (IFRS is a plus).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English and German (French is an advantage).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially during tight deadlines.
