Your Role
Coordinate, standardize and harmonize among all assistants within the organization.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with global and local colleagues at various levels.
Organize and manage cross-functional and global meetings, including creating agendas, consolidating presentations, and tracking action items.
Summarize and prioritize routine and confidential communications, providing timely responses as needed.
Track and manage important documents for signature, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate parties.
Schedule and maintain the daily calendar for the Head of Global Development Operations and other team members.
Coordinate complex international travel arrangements and manage expense reports using SAP.
Actively participate in meetings, contributing insights and fostering a collaborative environment.
Who You Are
At least 7-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to department heads.
Graduate background in business administration or a related discipline preferred.
Strong customer service mentality with excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Proven organizational abilities, including effective time management and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Highly self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take on responsibilities.
Strong team orientation and ability to build networks across different organizational units.
Skilled in assessing risks, solving problems, and making decisions effectively.
Fluent in English (oral and written); proficiency in other regional languages is appreciated.
