Your responsibility

Coordinate diary management and scheduling, flow of information and content for meeting preparation as required, as well as follow-up of appointments.
Manage communication with stakeholders, employees and external partners.
Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that CHRO's priorities are met, such as reminders for due deadlines and planning of deliverables that require deep work.
Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation, and meals if required.
Manage expenses and workflows on the expense tool.
Screening and prioritization of emails.
Organize team communications and plan workshops and events, both internal and off-site (including budget oversight).

Your qualification

Vocational assistant with solid experience in C-level support.
Excellent communication and intercultural awareness; able to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization and comfortable in navigating diverse cultures and stakeholder groups.
Digital fitness, affinity and curiosity, proficient in core office tools.
You have a proactive and growth mind-set, someone who seeks opportunities and takes ownership for results.
You tackle challenges with passion and demonstrate high expectations of your own performance.
You pay attention to interpersonal dynamics and contribute to constructive, goal-oriented cooperation in which conflict, too, can be accepted and dealt with.
Proficiency in English and German, fluency in Spanish or French is an asset
