Your responsibility
- Coordinate diary management and scheduling, flow of information and content for meeting preparation as required, as well as follow-up of appointments.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, employees and external partners.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that CHRO's priorities are met, such as reminders for due deadlines and planning of deliverables that require deep work.
- Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodation, transportation, and meals if required.
- Manage expenses and workflows on the expense tool.
- Screening and prioritization of emails.
- Organize team communications and plan workshops and events, both internal and off-site (including budget oversight).
Your qualification
- Vocational assistant with solid experience in C-level support.
- Excellent communication and intercultural awareness; able to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization and comfortable in navigating diverse cultures and stakeholder groups.
- Digital fitness, affinity and curiosity, proficient in core office tools.
- You have a proactive and growth mind-set, someone who seeks opportunities and takes ownership for results.
- You tackle challenges with passion and demonstrate high expectations of your own performance.
- You pay attention to interpersonal dynamics and contribute to constructive, goal-oriented cooperation in which conflict, too, can be accepted and dealt with.
- Proficiency in English and German, fluency in Spanish or French is an asset
