EUCAN Oncology Regional Market Access Director for New Products (m/f/d)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as the EUCAN Oncology Market Access Director for New Products (m/f/d). This role offers a unique opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strategic mindset to make significant contributions to our oncology pipeline and portfolio.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, results- and enterprise-oriented Market Access professional who wants to deliver CER and MER access priorities, work for the future oncology pipeline and -portfolio. It provides a wider opportunity to proactively demonstrate and further develop Enterprise Leadership Skills from an individual contributor position as Regional Market Access Director.
Your accountability is to put together the tactical plan for Europe based on the Global Strategy, adjust it as needed, support markets in implementing the plans based on the product TPPs and the V&I plans. You will plan and execute of EUCAN Access and Pricing solutions, including the innovative approaches developed by the cross-functional teams.
Your therapeutic area includes oncology, focusing on new and promising compounds, several of them being already in Phase 3 clinical trials. You will be working closely with global, regional and local stakeholders, harmonizing priorities with in-line oncology teams (launched products and products <18 months before launch).
Regional Market Access
Regional Market Access comprises of regional access and pricing accountability conducted in close cross-functional collaboration with local market teams, global pricing and regional commercial and medical colleagues supporting relevant, market-tailored commercial strategies and execution.
A key success criterion is to be a trusted, strategic partner between local markets and the global organization: Lead via influence, be able to work in a matrix system and impact commercial access and pricing decisions at both regional level and in specific markets. Within your accountabilities you will represent Access Oncology New Products in company working groups and discussions. The overall objective is to align with the overarching regional priorities securing sustainable patient access. This includes:
Drive design and execution of regional access and pricing priorities to impact local funding and reimbursement
Protect and maintain patient access in areas with elevated payer or competitive pressure
Secure strong professional connections across the organization to prepare for multiple successful launches, primarily in CER markets that belong to the big 10 worldwide
Regional Market Access achieve value recognition by external stakeholders by ensuring value demonstration and taking lead on regional integrated access planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on Core Europe Region (CER) and Mid-Europe Region (MER) Oncology Access priorities
Implement Market Access strategies and tactics supporting successful launches across the regions
Guide markets on our way to a multi-asset oncology company in cross-functional G-R-L collaboration
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Market Access, preferably within the oncology sector
Strong analytical and strategic/tactical planning skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Position qualifications
Master’s degree (Science or similar).
Experience and skills
Minimum five years of pharmaceutical Access and Pricing experience, preferably in developed HTA market(s)
Ability to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds, embrace diversity
Fluent business English (written and spoken)
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Oncology therapeutic area / product experience
The role needs to be based within Europe.
