Overview
As part of our passionate team of five coordinators, you will be the key to success when it comes to efficiently and professionally handling customer requests for repairs, removals, maintenance and decontamination. Your tasks will not only include day-to-day business, but also the proactive scheduling of maintenance contracts in your assigned area. Your tasks will range from simple tests to GMP-documented qualifications and IQ/OQ inspections. Our diverse customer base, which ranges from the food and precision engineering industries to pharmacies and the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, requires a high degree of flexibility and customer focus from you.
Responsibilities
Processing customer enquiries in our ticket system C4C
Preparation of orders
Order processing in SAP and planning of orders in Salesforce
Deadline monitoring of the assigned region within Switzerland
Provision of technical service documents
Checking reports according to strict quality regulations (GMP)
Hardskills
Technical or commercial basic training
Professional experience in coordinating service assignments is advantageous
Good SAP and MS Office skills are advantageous
Fluent German language skills are mandatory, good English language skills are advantageous
