We are looking for a motivated, professional and personable Client Success Manager who will help us to ensure seamless client experiences and end-to-end project success.
Your role and responsibility
In this position you will:

• Respond directly to clients' requests and issues raised, ensure collection of requirements and follow up until delivery with respective internal stakeholders
• Prepare and conduct trainings of our software solution for our clients
• Understand clients’ needs and identify cross- and up-selling potential
• Conduct onboarding projects of new clients and be responsible of planning, executing and delivering the agreed solutions to meet specific business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution
• Prepare documentation, perform presentation and reporting to project stakeholders

Your experience and profile
What you'll bring:

• University degree or equivalent in Banking/Finance, Business Administration or IT
• 2-3 years of experience in a client centric role
• Very high customer orientation, willingness to serve, initiative and independence
• A team player with entrepreneurial drive, who is pro-active, resilient, and independent
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken), French would be advantageous
• Industry-specific and/or project management experience are a considerable asset
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple challenging priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
