Your Role: As a Client Manager Fiduciary Expert, you'll take on a pivotal role, managing a diverse portfolio of Swiss companies engaged in international business. Your expertise will help shape the financial strategies of our clients, ensuring compliance and fostering growth across borders. Key Responsibilities:
Mandate Management: Independently oversee mandates for Swiss companies with global business operations.
Client Advisory: Offer expert guidance in finance, accounting, tax, corporate structuring, and international tax law, in collaboration with external tax specialists.
Financial Reporting: Prepare annual financial statements adhering to Swiss and international accounting standards (IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER).
Payroll Administration: Manage payroll, social insurance affiliations, and handle annual and source tax declarations.
Tax Compliance: Prepare CIT and VAT tax returns, addressing tax issues with the support of external experts.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal guidelines, particularly for international transactions.
Project Management: Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary projects, often working with global teams and partners.
Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of fiduciary specialists.
Networking: Build and sustain relationships with international business partners, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Job requirements
Your Profile:
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, ideally complemented by a certified fiduciary expert qualification.
Experience: Several years of experience in the fiduciary sector, with a strong track record in managing international mandates.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of Swiss tax law, accounting standards, and international tax law.
Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
Technical Skills: Mastery of fiduciary and accounting software (Abacus) and MS Office applications.
Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, high service orientation, excellent communication abilities, and proven leadership qualities.
