As the Client Events Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing inspiring, innovative, and authentic client experiences across global markets. You will collaborate closely with various functions and affiliate teams to maximize impact and ensure the highest standard of execution for AP’s client events. Leveraging our unique ‘AP family’ spirit, your goal will be to develop ‘fewer but bigger’ event concepts to be piloted in key markets before scaling.

As the Client Events Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing inspiring, innovative, and authentic client experiences across global markets. You will collaborate closely with various functions and affiliate teams to maximize impact and ensure the highest standard of execution for AP’s client events. Leveraging our unique ‘AP family’ spirit, your goal will be to develop ‘fewer but bigger’ event concepts to be piloted in key markets before scaling.
- Define a holistic client events plan with ‘fewer bigger’ concepts, enhancing our most critical commercial moments and product launches;
- Develop segment-specific event concepts, both authentic and cutting-edge, to be piloted in specific markets before scaling;
- Lead the production of HQ-led events and coordinate closely with affiliate teams for the execution of local client events;
- Manage events end-to-end, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution;
- Oversee event production teams and agencies, ensuring professionalism and alignment with Brand guidelines;
- Continuously seek out new trends, technologies, and formats to ensure events remain cutting-edge and relevant;
- Leverage each engagement moment to gather and share qualitative client insights.
- You have at least 8 to 10 years’ experience in a similar position;
- You have a strong track record of leading successful events world-wide and are up to date with the latest trends and technologies in event management;
- You have a history of orchestrating events that meet the highest standards of luxury;
- You are willing and able to travel across the globe very often;
- Creative, detail-oriented and flexible are adjectives that define you to help you navigate the dynamic nature of event conception and planning;
- You are fluent in French and English.
