Assistant Research Department 50%
We are looking for...
...a highly motivated Assistant 50% for our Research department.
Your tasks
- General administrative support for the Research Department
- Organizing internal and external meetings and events
- Coordination and registration of travel arrangements and conferences
-
Preparation and processing of invoices, expense claims, payment forms as well as
purchasing orders -
Contribution to budget management by tracking expenses, processing invoices,
and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and accruals - Manage contracts in the contract management system
Your profile
- Commercial diploma (e.g. commercial apprenticeship or commercial college) or an equivalent education
- Ideally 3 years of professional experience as administrative assistant, preferably in industry
- Proficient in organizing, prioritizing and anticipating tasks
- Strong attention to detail, precise and accurate working style
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Share Point and general affinity to IT Tools
- Ability and motivation to work in a multi-cultural, dynamic and international setting
- Fluency in English and German essential, any other language would be an asset
