For our location in Mendrisio we are looking for a partner who will lead the experienced team of cross-ING AG South and help it grow successfully!

Area Business Manager Ticino

Your tasks:

Further expansion of a successful regional unit with the range of services offered by cross-ING AG
After a maximum of three successful years, you will own a maximum of 80 percent of the company and operate your regional engineering company in the cross-ING partner system

Services such as accounting, marketing, recruiting, administration, etc. are optionally available from our head office. This allows you to concentrate fully on your (potential) customers and the development and management of your cross-INGenieurs.

Customer acquisition, customer care
Offers
Team building, team leadership
Project management
Reporting
Strategy development and implementation

You bring with you

Entrepreneurship
Good contacts in the local industry
Strong will to succeed
Solution orientation
Broad, technical understanding
Language skills in Italian, German and English (at least B2)
