Overview

As a consultant in the PLM environment, you will be the contact person in Michael Palmer's team for projects and 2nd level support for the further development and use of our PLM solutions. As part of our consulting team, you will be responsible for the functional and technical field of application of the software and support the further development of the solutions in the context of SAP S/4 HANA, PRO.File and other applications. The diverse and competent team is already looking forward to your support.

Responsibilities

• Operation and further development of various SAP environment systems that map the life cycle of our products (including project & capacity management of: Orbit.Online, PLM & DMS (Pro.File), SPS/PLC version management (AUVESY versiondog), Export & Freight Compliance (AEB))
  
• Support and administration of the PRO.FILE 10 application from Procad
  
• Integration of these systems with SAP ERP & consulting for associated SAP modules
  
• (Partial) project management in innovation projects, rollouts and introduction of further systems
  
• Taking over support activities and change management
  
• Carrying out basic and advanced training courses for our employees
  
• Managing external partners in support and project work
  
  

Hardskills

• University/ higher education degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification
  
• Several years of professional experience in the field of application engineering
  
• Very good knowledge of .NET 4.x, C#, VB.NET, MS SQL, Entity Framework, XML, LINQ, VS 2017
  
• Good knowledge of Office 2010 VBA
  
• Good knowledge of CAD, preferably Solid Works (version 2019 or higher)
  
• SAP knowledge (SAP Standard Connectors) is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of the PRO.FILE 10 application from Procad desirable
  
• Business fluent in German and English
