In order to complete our team, the departement of Organizational Behaviour of the Faculty of HEC is looking for an Admin/Research assistant for an SNF project on public health.
Job information
Expected start date in position : as soon as possible
Contract length : 1 year, 2 years, 1 year
Activity rate : 20%
Workplace : Remote Work
Your responsibilities
In your functions, you will have to :
- Give admin support on the Talking to Machines FNS project
- Participate in the management of data collection for the SNSF project
- Support the Professor in charge and the post-docs from Oxford University and Lausanne University in the administrative part of the study.

Your qualifications
In order to complete our team, we are looking for someone with the following skills :
- English speaker with knowledge of french
- CFC or similar education
- Relevant administrative management experience in an academic environment
- At ease with people, communication and listening skills, discretion
- Good with numbers, analysis and synthetising
- Good at planification and organisation, autonomous
