Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a qualified candidate: that will perform a variety of administrative tasks proposed by the company, you will need to be able to provide support to our
management team and help them with the day-to-day needs of the office, as well as assist the management team in managing general administrative tasks and activities. Edelweiss Panorama International seeks someone who can effectively perform the tasks described while enhancing the company's relationship with its clients. As an Administrative Assistant, you will deal directly with our students, parents, teachers and schools, providing them with the best solutions and assisting them with everything they need, including: arranging meetings, arranging travel, handling emails, coordinating the needs of all parties, providing support to the management team, maintaining contact with our clients and following up and assisting all parties with the implementation and progressing them through to successful completion. As we work with a diverse range of target clients, it is essential to maintain a high performance and fast pace to support the needs of all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to students and parents
- Be gentle and approachable, supporting the legitimate needs of students and parents and coordinating with all parties to maximize the achievement of goals
- Participate in the student application, enrolment and reporting process, creating, and updating student related information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Updating and publishing the school holiday schedule and the company's annual work plan
- Support the organization of our and the school's events: parent-teacher meetings,
graduation ceremonies, teaching days, training days, educational forums, etc.

- including various administrative tasks, word processing, creation of spreadsheets,
reports, and presentations

- Handling correspondence (letters, emails, etc.) and assisting with translations
- Participating in the preparation of documents, texts for distribution in various
newsletters and emails

- Ensuring meeting room bookings and logistics as required (including set-up, ordering refreshments, etc.)
- Ordering equipment for the company and tracking orders to support a comfortable working environment for the team
- Assist the Education Consultant teacher team with the assessment of student life and school reports
- Assist in the management and training of interns
Requirements:
- Diploma in higher education/related field or professional skills
- 2-4 years' experience as an administrative assistant
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, knowledge of French and/or German or any other
language is an advantage
- Caring and enjoy working with young people and students
- Good team player with active listening skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated, strong IT skills
- Excellent organizational skills to improve the performance of the department
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, review work and provide feedback to resolve complex
issues
- Experience and basic accounting , as well as experience working
in an international school would be an advantage
