emagine is looking for a Workday Consultant to one of our fantastic client’s.

Background
Our client is in the process of implementing Advanced Compensation in Workday and is seeking an experienced consultant to contribute to the functional setup and ensure a successful implementation. The consultant will support internal staff and act as a senior colleague, with a particular focus on guiding and training colleagues in the configuration of Advanced Compensation.

Objective of the Assignment
The consultant will provide expertise in the configuration and setup of Advanced Compensation in Workday, ensuring that the implementation is fully compatible with existing payroll systems. The goal is to transfer knowledge and support the internal team throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Functional setup of the Advanced Compensation module in Workday.
Provide advice and guidance to internal employees, including training on the system’s features and processes.
Configuration in Workday, ensuring alignment with the company's needs and integration with existing systems, especially the payroll system.
Ensure that the processes for Advanced Compensation integrate seamlessly with HR and payroll processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all requirements and processes are met.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with previous implementations of Advanced Compensation in Workday, particularly for Swedish companies.
Strong understanding of how Workday modules integrate with payroll and HR systems.
Ability to lead and support internal employees as a senior colleague, with excellent teaching and communication skills.
Experience working in dynamic environments and adapting to the specific needs of the company.

Scope
The consultant is expected to be an active part of the team, providing support throughout the entire implementation process, from planning to go-live, including post-launch support and adjustments.

Assignment Period:
- 50% November - December (Preparatory work and support with job catalog).
- 100% January - March (Design & Config, testing).
