ENABLE LEADERSHIP GROWTH AND DELIVER STRATEGIC PEOPLE PARTNERING As a Senior People & Organisation Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to enable positive leadership, performance management, and organizational governance, making a significant impact on our business outcomes. You will report to the Head of P&O Sweden and be a part of the Swedish and global P&O team with dedicated HR professionals around the world. APPLY YOUR SKILLS TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE AND BUSINESS IMPACT As Senior P&O Business Partner in COWI you will be responsible for implementing the P&O agenda together with the management team of one of our business units. You will also be responsible for implementing new P&O processes and tools as well as mature the compliance level within our operational processes. Your responsibilities
Influence and support the leaders through the activities of building engagement, developing talent and driving performance, guided by our annual HR cycle
Anchor and drive relevant organizational or people related initiatives to support the business agenda
Collaborate with centre of excellence for initiatives to contribute towards design and delivery of global initiatives
Liaise between leaders and Group functions on matters of recruitment, mobility and other people issues to build leadership maturity and ensure adequate contextual understanding
Manage the applicable trade union related activities and act as a trusted advisor within the field of labour law

Minimum of 8 years experience within HR, predominantly as an HR Business Partner/P&O partner
Solid experience as a trusted advisor and courageous advocate to senior leaders
University degree within Human Resource management or similar
Other valuable experiences
Proven experience in working with senior leadership teams, implementing talent strategies, organizational governance, and performance management in multinational environments
A strategic mindset, align HR strategies with business goals
Experience with organizational change initiatives, including managing resistance, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring good implementation
Knowledgeable in Swedish labour law and experience from managing Trade Union issues
Successful experience with driving change including coaching leaders at all levels of an organization
Comfortable using data, when advising the leaders on organizational decisions
Pro-active and resilient when working with leaders to shape the people agenda
Experience from consultant company
Fluent in Swedish and English written and spoken
