Your mission
Reporting to the Divisional Communications Manager in the Attachments Division, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy across Customer Solution Centers. You’ll have the chance to:
- Amplify Our Brand: Strengthen the Epiroc brand, unassociated brands and our product lines within the construction industry, directly contributing to sales growth.
- Build a Connected Community: Foster a vibrant, informed community within our division, ensuring colleagues are always in the loop.
- Drive Strategic Communication: Collaborate with divisional and business line Communication Managers globally to define strategies that enhance market share, customer experience, and brand equity.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Execute Communication Strategies: Craft and implement marketing communication strategies for Customer Solution Centers that resonate with our target segments and drive results.
- Content Creation & Management: Lead the production and distribution of compelling content—ranging from articles and videos to press materials and web pages—across digital and traditional channels. Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and business goals, motivating our target audiences to take action.
- Lead Digital & Print Presence: Work closely with your coworkers to support and enhance our digital and printed communications. You will help develop and implement web and social media campaigns aimed at maximizing our reach and impact.
- Global Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships across Epiroc’s global network—working closely with Marketing teams, business line Communication Managers, and other divisions to deliver cohesive, impactful messaging.
- Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate projects such as product launches, events, and campaigns from concept to completion.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of our brand, content, and campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.
Your profile
To be successful in this position, you bring a self-motivated approach, enjoying the ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments, where you work smoothly with teams across various cultures and disciplines. In addition to these qualities, you’ll also bring the following experience and skills to the role:
- Creative Vision: A proven ability to create impactful content that drives engagement and results.
- Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience in marketing communications.
- Skills: Exceptional English writing and communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe CC—Premier Pro is essential. Knowledge of the industry and/or Epiroc and its products is a plus.
- Educational Background: A degree in marketing, media & communication, business administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden in our office in Örebro, Stockholm or Kalmar. Occasional travel is involved with this position.
