We are looking for a consultant that can take on a role as a Marketing Manager/Generalist. Our client works in the information technology and services industry.

Your responsibility will involve taking part in and organizing a range of activities focused on creating and managing online and social media content. You will work 2-3 days per week in collaboration with our client’s Marketing & Communications Lead Sweden. This is a temporary, part-time position until January 31, 2025, with the option to prolong. You will be part of the Marketing and Communications team, which has members located in various Nordic countries.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing paid marketing initiatives across various platforms and customer interactions such as social media, account-based marketing (ABM), Google Ads, programmatic advertising, search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), marketing database, and email.
• Managing Swedish content activities on a Content Calendar: Strategizing, implementing, and tracking organic social media posts and campaigns through the Social Media Studio.
• Developing and overseeing web landing pages with conversion options using EPi Server.
• Posting blog articles, client testimonials, and updates on EPi Server.
• Generating and distributing the Care Sweden Newsletter using HTML and EDGEcrm.

Secondary responsibilities

• Analyzing campaign data (Power BI) for Sweden as needed.
• Contributing to the creation of marketing and communication strategies, materials, content, and messaging.
• Assisting the Swedish country team with agreed-upon marketing and communication tasks.
• Engaging in marketing and communication activities at the Care level as agreed upon separately.

Requirements

• Skilled in using a variety of tools such as EDGEcrm, Social Media Studio, EPi Server, Power BI, etc.
• Possesses strong analytical thinking.
• Experienced in digital marketing and social media.
• Effective at organizing tasks with exceptional project management abilities.
• Skilled at working well with others and capable of managing tasks from start to finish.
• Strong communication and content production abilities.
• Proficient in language and adapting content for different audiences.
• Holds a tertiary level education in a relevant area.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
