About us:
Stegra, formerly known as H2 Green Steel, is on a mission is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO2 emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. But this is just the beginning – our expertise in green hydrogen will enable us to decarbonize other industries in addition to steel, and we look forward to what’s next in store for us.

Maintenance Development Manager
It's time to hire our first maintenance team member, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to use your abilities to develop an excellent maintenance organization in one of Europe's largest industrial projects.
Responsibilities:

Key role to develop our maintenance strategy and choosing and implementing maintenance system(s). -
Create our approach to predictive and digitalized maintenance. - Create, continuously improve, document, and make available for maintenance purpose: General maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work instructions, Defect Libraries, Deviation reports with root cause analysis, Measure and follow up on results.
- Participate in building the maintenance organization for the entire plant
Qualifications:
- BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent University degree with good understanding of basic financial principles.
- Proven leadership skills in large manufacturing organizations (250+ people).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience of similar role within heavy industry.

Familiar with state-of-the-art maintenance and asset management systems. -
Capacity to move from strategic level to problem solving leader in the matter of seconds.
