Description We are looking for a collaborative and driven Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL) to drive sustainable and transformational changes for Capacitors & Surge Arresters located in Ludvika, Sweden. You will have the opportunity to combine technical and operational business knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to deliver data driven operational improvements. You will be a key person strengthening the Continuous Improvement Culture in our global business environment. You will serve as a change agent within the business Quality and Continuous Improvement function, where you continually challenge conventional thinking and drive improvement of the document management and quality culture. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the Factory but will also be speaking partner within your area with global CIL function.

Your responsibilities
Develop, drive, and implement local continuous improvement initiatives
Drive the implementation of global initiatives in line with global targets
Be a bridge between the global Continuous Improvement Leader and local team in Sweden
Train local resources in Continuous Improvement tools
Responsible to follow up the local roadmap of improvement projects
Your background
Experience of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Lean Six Sigma, 8D, A3, 5W or similar tools and methodologies
You preferably hold a university degree or have work experience from a similar area
Fluency in English and high level of Swedish is required
You enjoy working with detail-oriented tasks and can work independently as well as in a team
You have excellent documenting and writing skills
As person you have good listening and coaching skills to build trust with your team and different stakeholders
