Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing, coordinate and setup process for new materials and tooling
- Ensure accurate setup, quality inspection and process during production
- Injection process improvements to improve Quality and productivity
- Coordinate equipment and facility support to maximize Molding machine availability.
- NICE. Ensure 5S procedures and ISO8 Clean room requirements are in place
- Technical support in new offers and new product development for injection molding related projects
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Requirements:
- Bs C Engineering degree or Professional module with large experience and molding training
- Precision injection molding processes knowledge (variotermic and compression)
- More than 5 years’ experience in similar positions
- Experience in precision molding processes
- B2 English language level and independent user of the language
- Organized and ability to work with autonomy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and action oriented
