About the Kings League
Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

Main Responsibilities

Elaborate a project plan, fully aligned with Kings League strategy, and execute the plan making sure every activity gets done successfully and efficiently.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Kings League’s Executive Committee, functional teams and external partners.
Resolve quickly and efficiently any incident during the execution of the different phases of the project.
Analyze the result/success of the event and propose actions to correct inefficiencies and/or improve future editions.

Requirements

You have demonstrated 6-8 years’ experience in managing projects in the sports and entertainment industry.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
Proactive, autonomous, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.
Capacity to translate an idea into a project plan that is actionable, measurable and achievable with the available resources.
Planned, organized and diligent, you not only build the plan but also track the advances and deliver on time at the quality standards.
A pragmatic approach. You roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication, in Spanish as in English.
Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience applying project management tools is valuable (i.e. Trello or Kanban).
