Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.

We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

From Human Resources department, we are looking for two senior prescribers, located one in Barcelona an the other in Madrid area.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for the Designcenter. Ensure that a professional, welcoming experience is maintained for showroom visitors at all times
• Maintain the showroom appearance including organizing, cleanliness, and update showroom displays
• Establish strong relationship with wide range of decision makers, including architects, designers, project consultants, distributors, developers, builders, carpenters as well as end-consumers
• Develop new business leads, visit and attract key architectural offices in order to prescribe our products in their projects
• Follow latest trends in interior design and keep up with product innovations and customer demands
• Organize and participate in local fairs, specific events to promote the Kronospan brand
• Schedule customer meeting, lead workshops, presentations, staff trainings and other promotional activities and events
• Promote the Designcenter and its activities as well as establish a strong online presence
• Prepare and control of the marketing budget

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan (for Barcelona location), your university degree will be in either interior design, architecture, marketing or public relations
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills are essential
• You will have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, and be knowledgeable and passionate about our products
• Dedicated and flexible with a hands-on approach, you will be comfortable in using your own initiative in this fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
