Key accountabilities
1. Development of knowledge and skills to be able to plan all activities of a breeding project: Translation of the set Breeding targets into an operational breeding plan.
2. Development of knowledge and skills to be able to execute the activities of a breeding project: Making the right plant and line selections on critical moments in the breeding cycle.
3. Development of knowledge and skills to be able to maintain detailed records throughout the breeding cycles.
4. Development of knowledge and skills to be able to make decisions to advance material to R2 and planning of trial producions and screening trials.
5. Development of knowledge and skills to handover R3 material to Seed Production acccording the defined specifications and register in the designated system (currently Varmas).
6. Development of knowledge and skills to be able to implement developed technology and traits in the breeding program.
