WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
ITIL4 Foundation certification (mandatory).
3+ years of experience with CMDBs and Configuration Management processes.
Proficiency with ITSM tools (such as Service Now or JIRA).
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and Dev Ops practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Administer and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective configuration management.
Perform regular audits and reconciliations of the CMDB to ensure data consistency and compliance with policies.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data is captured, updated, and retired properly within the CMDB.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in the CMDB by working closely with technical and business stakeholders.
Continuously assess and enhance CMDB processes for improved efficiency.
Generate and analyze CMDB reports to support decision-making, audits, and compliance requirements.
