We are looking for a dedicated Native English Teacher to join our school located in Near Cheongna Hill Station (청라언덕역), Daegu. Native English Teacher (Busan - Haeundae)

- Teaching Days: Monday to Friday
- School Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Student Level: Kindergarten + Elementary
- Salary: 2.6 - 2.8 million KRW per month (plus housing)

We are looking for a dedicated Native English Teacher to join our school located in Near Cheongna Hill Station (청라언덕역), Daegu. This position involves teaching English to kindergarten and elementary-level students in an exciting, engaging environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young learners and capable of meeting diverse student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Teach English: Provide instruction in reading, writing, speaking, and listening for non-native English-speaking students.
- Lesson Planning: Create and implement lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum, customized for individual students.
- Assess Progress: Conduct quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess and monitor student progress.
- Constructive Feedback: Provide students with feedback to enhance their learning and English skills.
- Positive Learning Environment: Promote active participation, critical thinking, and creativity in the classroom.
- Engaging Teaching Methods: Use various teaching materials, technology, and methods to engage students.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student development.
- Professional Development: Participate in workshops and training to stay updated on the latest teaching methods and technology.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and overall student progress.
- Parental Communication: Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and offer guidance for additional support at home.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Flexibility to accommodate different learning styles and student needs
- Familiarity with educational technology is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Creativity in teaching methods and lesson design
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- TESOL/TEFL Certification
- Previous teaching experience in ESL/EFL contexts is preferred
- Native English speakers from Canada, USA, South Africa, Ireland, UK, Australia, or New Zealand
- Bachelor’s degree must be notarized and apostilled
- Apostilled National Background Check required
