Your tasks

• Develop the software to automate test sequences by using T&M instruments
• Provide market analysis in the field of RF components, semiconductors to expand the market share
• Perform pre and post sales technical support to customers on signal & spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzer, and other T&M instruments
• Analyze the customer technical demand and provide concrete solutions such as problem resolution, product selection and recommending services
• Develop the technical documentation and operating manual to proactively resolve the technical issue
• Provide customer trainings in technical support, operation of R&S solutions, installation, implementation and maintenance of company instrument, test system and solution which include H/W, S/W and others
• Build and deliver presentations and R&S solution demonstrations
• Promote corporate image by preparing and presenting technical papers, participating in trade shows and exhibits, and developing good customer relationships
• Develop strong links with R&S HQ in order to share knowledge as well as technical optimization
• Maintain a proficient level of product knowledge and applications
• Be involved in developing tests and tools for new applications and features as well as supporting the daily testing and solving problem in order to investigate problem reports and help identify solutions
• Perform other duties assigned as needed

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, majored in electronic engineering with a focus on RF circuit/component and module/system in electronics, or comparable field of studies
• Experience in development of RF component, semiconductor, and test system
• Experience with C#, Python, and other language programming in SW development
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in T&M industry is required
• Have a knowledge in RF circuit/component, module/system
• Requires Business thinking to focuses on our customers’ needs
• Experience in operation of T&M instruments (signal & spectrum analyzers, signal generators, vector network analyzer, and others) is an advantage.
• Requires the attitude for respectful collaboration
• Possible to travel (domestic and international)
• Proven ability to learn new concepts quickly and deliver under pressure
• Demonstrate written and verbal English communication skill
• Fluent Korean
