Medipixel Business Group is looking for an AI Solution - Field Service Engineer. You are the "Face of Medipixel" to the customer. So, this is a field-based, customer-facing role that installs, services, maintains and modifies Medipixel’s AI solution at customer sites.Responsibilities
Provide service, preventative maintenance, updates and installations on Medipixel AI solution at customer site. Troubleshoot AI solution failures and provide on-site customer services; responsible for delivering both timely and effective resolution.
