The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance strategy of two production facilities located in the 충남 and 경기 남부 reporting to global maintenance leader with solid line and to Director of Operations Korea with dotted line. The role requires a proven leader with the appropriate skills and experience, capable of leading our maintenance effort within a matrix organization. This role will work successfully with multiple organizations including Operations, Supply Chain, Reliability as well as Quality and HSES. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? • Develops and executes the maintenance strategy, maintenance and reliability work plans, local capital projects and strategic plans for system overhauls and upgrades. • Collaborates effectively across functional groups. • Partners with Reliability organization to determine supporting software utilization and methods for effectiveness. • Exhibits strong leadership skills to motivate and develop a team consisting of Maintenance Technicians, Maintenance Planner, and outside contractors. • Ensures production equipment, facilities, utilities, and grounds are operating reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety guidelines and government regulations. • Oversees the development, revision, review and approval of all maintenance work instructions and standard operating procedures.
