Position Title : YSL Marketing - Product Manager
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
1. Orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products using own product, market and consumer expertise, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.
Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to senior management level
Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
Develop and build 360 marketing mix plan for product launches or pillar-product repush campaign, working closely with departments involved (communication, digital, retail, MD, CRM and SCM) to create an integrated, engaging and consistent consumer brand experience
Manage stock on key pillar products & soon to be discontinued franchises/ products for healthy in & out brand portfolio
Lead and build gifting and hallmark animation with key pillar repush, integrating the animation with promotion, MD visual, marketing communication and on & offline retail channel visibility
Develop & propose local level creative assets to Zone & DMI
Work with SCM team to involve ownership in SCM key figures including stock management and demand planning for SF accuracy
Contribute to Sustainability actions & results with committed effort for SLOB/Stock management
3. Manage PLV and PPP (budget)
PLV PPP & stock management (wrapping PLV, locally developed PLV, POS materials) Budget criteria: POS Other advertisement, Other consumable cost, POS creation)
Developing channel specific wrapping PLV and exclusive benefits, especially Kakao gifting channel, and communicating with related departments and DMI from ideation to validation
WHO YOU ARE:
Years of experience : Over 4 years
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience of Marketing
Cosmetic company experience is preferred
Language: Fluent in English (Speaking & Written)
Other Skills:
Analytical & strategic. Digital competence to design marketing campaigns.
Connecting and interpersonal skill
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS office
