The Role - FS운영팀 조리사 (부평 1,2식당)

What You’ll Do

• 직영식당 식,자재 검수 및 조리/검식/배식/식자재 재고 관리 등 급식 업무

• 조리공정표 및 조리공정일지 작성 / 관리, 조리업무관련 제반서류 작성 및 관리

• 주방내 공정별 위생관리 / 식당 소모품 및 일반 관리 업무

• 조리원 안전/위생 교육 및 관리 / 조리원 조회 실시

Additional Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (필수지원자격)

• 자격 : 조리사 자격증 (기능사 또는 산업기사) 소지자

• 학력 : 초대졸 이상

• 경력 : 단체급식 1년 이상(공장, 학교, 병원, 오피스)

• MS 오피스 및 기타 OA 프로그램 사용 가능 자

• 식품위생법에 따라 건강진단 결과 적격 판정자

• 주, 야간 근무 가능자 : 주/주/야, 주간 04:30 ~ 15:40, 야간 15:40 ~ 01:50

• 휴일 근무 가능자

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (우대조건 – optional)

• 한식/양식/중식/일식 조리사 자격증 소지자

• 리더쉽이 있고 솔선수범하며 조직을 이끌 수 있는 자

• 제조공장 등 대규모 집단급식소 경험자

• 부평 인근 거주자
