Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within our warehouse facility, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to our retail and hospitality clients. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Management:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of orders and ensuring they are in good condition.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock counts and replenishment needs.
Coordinate and conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

2. Order Fulfilment:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize orders and manage backorders.
Prepare and stage orders for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.

3. Warehouse Organization:
Implement and maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
Oversee proper labelling, storage, and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.

4. Team Supervision:
Work with the operations manager to supervise warehouse staff, including performance evaluations.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a well-coordinated team effort.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.

5. Quality Control:
Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet established standards.
Address any quality issues promptly and communicate with suppliers or manufacturers as needed.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including shipments, receipts, and inventory adjustments.
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.

7. Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet client expectations.

Requirements:
High school or Senior certificate
Proven experience in warehouse management or coordination.
Strong knowledge of ordering procedures in a warehouse operation, inventory control, and supply chain management.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Requires Valid Passport, Matric Certificate and relevant certifications.
