Our successful VIP Hosts …
· manage the operations of the VIP desk in an efficient and friendly manner
· interact promptly and politely with guests face-to-face and on the telephone
· provide excellent service to guests, addressing all requirements, questions and concerns professionally
· keep up to date with all areas, services and functions of the casino on a daily basis
· work as part of a team and individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
· If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4) and at least two years’ experience in related hospitality field and/or customer service position, answering telephones and fulfilling administrative tasks. Candidates with Gaming Experience will be given preference.
